Since 2011, the Hyundai Veloster has been a regular fixture at the SEMA Auto Show, providing a base for some truly memorable custom builds. Remember the 2012 Veloster “Velocity” Concept? How about the 2013 Night Racer Concept by EGR Group? Oh, and let’s not forget about the Veloster Zombie Survival Machine by Galpin Auto Sports! This year, a variety of custom Velosters are once again ready to take center stage at SEMA. One example comes from Blood Type Racing.
In many ways, this particular Veloster fits the criteria of what a SEMA-bound vehicle should be. It comes with a dramatic exterior that highlights the car’s aggressive side. It also has a tuned version of the standard 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine. Most importantly, it showcases what an aftermarket company can accomplish with the right vision.
Blood Type Racing’s Hyundai Veloster Turbo is one of several Hyundai vehicles slated to debut at the 2015 SEMA Auto Show, which kicks off November 3rd.
