It’s been only a few months since Rezvani launched the 2016 Rezvani Beast, a 500-horsepower track toy aimed at established lightweight cars such as the 2013 Caterham Seven 620R and 2015 Ariel Atom 3S, and the American company has introduced a second version of its sports car. Meet the Beast Speedster, a less powerful but still exciting road-legal sports car that comes at a more affordable price than the standard Beast.
Designed by the same Samir Sadikhov, the Beast Speedster features everything the standard Beast does, including the engine, but output has been decreased significantly. But although it might not be as powerful and quick as the Beast, the Speedster does offer enticing performance that enables it to outgun sports car coming from more established carmakers.
As with the Beast, the Speedster’s secret lies in its low, 1,650-pound curb weight, carbon-fiber construction, and extreme aerodynamics, which allow it to deliver outstanding performance despite being only as powerful as a 2016 Nissan Maxima sedan. Keep reading for the full rundown.
