BMW M6 Convertible By Noelle Motors

The great thing about unheralded aftermarket companies like Noelle Motors is that it doesn’t have to live up to the pressure of having a well-recognized name. But, even with the bar not being set as high as most of its established brethren, Noelle Motors’ new program for the BMW M6 Convertible may be just as good - if not better - than what we’ve become accustomed to in the industry. Then again, it’s not like Noelle Motors has no experience whatsoever. A quick look at its website shows a series of impressive programs for the entire BMW model lineup. That’s a pretty good indication that the company, under the leadership of Karl-Otto Noelle (the former head of engine development at Alpina) knows what it’s doing.

So, is there anything worth raving about with this program for the M6 Convertible? As I said, this kit is certified aces. It doesn’t have any of the cosmetic upgrades that some tuners have, nor does it have anything that resembles “improvements” in the cabin of the M6 Convertible. But, what it does have is an engine program that takes the car’s 4.4-liter, bi-turbo V-8 engine and bumps up a power improvement that will make the G-Powers and Alpinas of the world applaud.

A lot of people might not know about Noelle Motors today, but if it can build off of the momentum of this tuning kit, it’ll only be a matter of time before the tuner gets the recognition it deserves.
