Hong Kong billionaire ,Stephen Hung, placed the biggest order of Rolls-Royce Phantoms. A limited edition of 30 Phantoms will be build to order especially for the brand new "Louis XIII" hotel in the gambling capital of Macau.
Two of the phantoms will be made with "gold-plated accents" on the interior and exterior.
