Rolls-Royce Wraith ‘Inspired by Film'

During the launch of the 2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith, Rolls-Royce released a two-minute promotional movie titled And the World Stood Still. The highlight of this short feature is the Matrix-like “frozen moment” that uses special photography to capture a single moment from numerous angles. This part of the shoot required 100 SLR cameras, 36 computers and almost a mile of cables.

This year, the video was accepted into the British Film Institute (BFI) National Archive, and to celebrate this, the 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith “Inspired by Film” edition was introduced at the 2015 New York Auto Show. Given a good once over by the Rolls-Royce Bespoke team, the Wraith “Inspired by Film” edition is stunning and elegant without being too flashy (if that’s even possible for a Wraith). If you want a little more pizzazz, you might want to check out the Wraith “Inspired by Fashion” edition. Both unique versions of the 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith are available to customers, now offering a new level of personalization to a car and a brand defined by exclusivity.

If you missed And the World Stood Still the first time around, click here to check it out, and then be sure to watch the “making of” video here to see how Rolls-Royce managed to stop time.
